Our Return and Refund Policy
We strive to provide a simple and straightforward return policy for our customers. Here are the key points to note:
- Return Period: To start a return, you can contact us at ceramicscontinuum.official@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse address that we will email you.
- Return Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Costs: Customer provides return shipping fee. Order over $75 could get free return shipping fee.
- Refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ceramicscontinuum.official@gmail.com. - Timeframe for Shipping Returns: Once you receive confirmation of your return, it is important to send the shipment back within 7 days to avoid potential denial of the return.
- Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in like-new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging and materials included.
- Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5-7 workdays of the item(s) being delivered to our warehouse.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that any shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Â If we are unable to re-stock and resell your return, your return will be denied, so please be careful with your return and make sure it gets to us in such a way that we sent it to you.Â
CeramicsContinuum is not responsible for uninsured shipments, so we recommend you insure your return.
Exchanges
Since every product from our collections is handmade, we do not offer exchanges for items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
